Bent-Over Cable Laterals

Here we develop the rear head of the deltoids.  Using cables, keeps continuous and
consistent pressure throughout the movement.

Implementation: (A) Grasp the handles of two floor level pulleys with your arms crossed in front of your body, which means your right hand should be holding the left cable and your left hand should grasp the right cable.  With you back straight, lean over until your torso is parallel to the floor. (B)  Pull in A smooth and controlled manner, with your arms nearly straight, drawing the handles across your body and widen your arms straight out to either side, and turn your wrists so that the rear part of the handle is higher than the front of it.  Get a great stretch at the top, then let your arms come back slowly across your body as far as they can, resisting all the way down.
