BENT-KNEE SIDE LEG RAISES
Here we work the the oblique and intercostals.
Implementation:
Lay down on your side, balancing your
body on your elbow with your lower leg bent under for support. Now bend your
upper leg's knee and lift it under control in the direction of your chest as
high as you can, then bring it down again just short of making contact with the
floor. Complete your repetitions, then turn and work your other leg.
