TWISTING HANGING LEG RAISES


Here
we work the oblique and detail at the side of the torso.

Implementation: Hang at arm's length from a pull up bar with your legs fairly straight. Now, lift your legs as high as you can slightly to the side while twisting the torso to involve the oblique. Pause for a moment, then lower your legs slowly to the starting position.
