ONE-ARM CABLE REVERSE PRESS DOWNS

What Exercise Accomplishes: ONE-ARM CABLE REVERSE PRESS DOWNS isolates the triceps and develops the entire outline of the muscle giving it that horseshoe look. This exercise is great because  you can work each arm independently also the cable keeps constant tension on the arms. 

implementation: (a) Using an overhead cable and pulley, take hold of the handle with a reverse grip, palm up. (b) Your elbow should be fixed or still, straighten your arm until it is locked out and extended straight down. Flex your tris in this position for a peek contraction. Still not moving the elbow, let your hand come up as far as possible until the forearm nears your biceps, you should feel a complete stretch in the triceps. Finish your reps, then do the same with your other arm.
