Normal Workout For Chest

Bench Press 3 sets
Incline Bench 3 sets
Flat Flys 3 sets

The Shocking Method

Each performed at one set a piece!

Bench Press
Dumbbell Flys
Decline Bench Press
Incline Flys
Pec Dec Machine
Parallel Dips
etc. etc.

The point is, that you must use a different exercise each time!
