Competition Training
This is hardcore and extremely competitive and there is
nothing like a little friendly contest to bring out the best
in us! Essentially the goal is to set up a head to head
match with your training partner! Its important to choose
someone who is similar in strength levels. You will choose
one exercise, and one weight. Lets say this is military
presses! You will press the weight till failure, and then
pass the barbell on to your partner. As soon as he reaches
failure, he will pass the barbell right back at you! You
continue this until someone gives up, or cannot lift the
weight for any more reps!
